Beverly "Bev" K. Miller (Nee Bender), entered her eternal rest on Sunday, February 26, 2017 at her home in Altoona at the age of 61. Loving wife of 39 years to Edwin Miller. Devoted mother to triplets Ed (Rachel) Miller, David Miller, and Sarah (James) Paulus. Grandmother to Zechariah and Elijah Paulus. Daughter of Mildred Bender Roeder (Ferd) and the late Harold Bender; sister to Lorraine Trapp and Bonnie Schulz; and Brother Gerald Bender.

 Born December 26, 1955 to Harold and Mildred Bender of Salemville, Wisconsin. She graduated from Markesan High School in 1974 and earned a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in business education in 1978. While in Eau Claire, she fell in love with Edwin Miller after asking to be his lab partner in the psychology class where they first met. They were married August 12, 1977.

 Bev was a project manager for the LTS Department at UW- Eau Claire. She was active at St. Mark's Lutheran Church and School as a member of the choir, Sunday school teacher, and congregant. Bev is remembered by friends as warm, welcoming and gracious.  She took immense comfort and strength from the love of friends during the end of her life. 

Memorial service will take place a 1 pm on Saturday, March 11, 2017 at St. Mark Lutheran Church, 3307 State Street, Eau Claire, WI 54701 with Pastor Joel Naumann officiating.  Memorial visitation will take place at church on Saturday, March 11, 2017 from 10 am until the time of service.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to a charity of your choice in Bev’s name.

Visitation

Memorial visitation will take place at St. Mark Lutheran Church in Eau Claire on Saturday, March 11, 2017 from 10 am until the time of service.
