Lillian Ender, age 97 of Eau Claire passed away into her eternal home on Friday, January 27, 2017 at Country Terrace, Altoona.

She was a member of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church where she served on the altar guild as well as Ladies Aide.  She was also involved with the VFW auxiliary where she helped make and serve meals to the veterans at the Veterans home in Tomah.

Lillian greatly enjoyed cooking and baking delicious and generous dinners and desserts for her family.  Spring time was her favorite time of the year. Most of all, she loved spending special times with her family, friends and her buddy ‘lil Ricki.  She will be deeply missed.  

Lillian is survived by her children, Sandy (Bob) Denson, Lois (Arlyn) Glewen and Betty Hertaus. She is also survived by five grandsons, Greg (Kris) Ender, Matt (Becky) Ender, Chris Denson, Philip Glewen and Joel Glewen; four granddaughters Holly (Ben) Lauer, Julie (Tom) Perkins, Marissa Glewen and Christina Glewen and 7 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, James and her son, David.

Funeral service will take place at 11 am on Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, 601 Fall Street, Eau Claire, WI 54703 with Pastor Carlton Kangas officiating.  Visitation will take place at the church Tuesday morning from 10 am until the time of service.  Burial will take place in the Rest Haven Cemetery in the Town of Washington immediately following the service.
